BICL’s team members have been involved as readers and scientists in many large epidemiologic cohort studies in the field of osteoarthritis collaborating with the leaders in the field of OA research. These include the NIH-funded Osteoarthritis Initiative (30000+ time points read) the Multicenter Osteoarthritis Study (MOST – 18000+ time points read), Framingham, Boston Osteoarthritis Knee Study, Health ABC Study, METEOR, KANON and others. BICL experts have read and are currently reading multiple DMOAD trials including but not limited to FORWARD (Merck KGaA), SEKOIA (Servier), and a post hoc analysis of the ROCELLA trial (Galapagos). BICL has provided tiral design and image assessment to most past and on-going NGF-Inhibitor trials including Pfizer’s Tanezumab program and Regeneron’s Fasinumab program.
